• If you take delivery of a Perfect Polishing product and the contents appear to be damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. please contact us (details on contact us page) quoting your internet order reference number (as detailed on your confirmation email) and we will arrange for the product to be replaced and shipped at no additional cost.

• If you consider that you have a defective product please contact us (details on Contact Us page) quoting your Internet Order Reference Number (as detailed on your confirmation email) and you will be given a returns referenece number and on return of the product(s) to Perfect Polishing the product(s) replaced and shipped at no additional cost.

• If you believe that you have received an incorrect product please contact customer services (details on Contact Us page) quoting your Internet Order Reference Number (as detailed on your confirmation email).

• Perfect Polishing retains title to all goods supplied until such time as they have been fully paid for.

• All machines are sold with a fully twelve month warranty (see the section above for our returns policy)
